What will you do:
Your role as a Guest Experience Supervisor is guided by Bukit Vista’s Leadership Attributes, focusing on property quality and guest satisfaction.
- Visionary (promotion)
- Identify and implement best practices for property maintenance and guest experience enhancement, anticipating guest needs to ensure exceptional stays.
- Upper Management (promotion)
- Support the Guest Experience Manager in leading the team towards excellence in property quality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training sessions focused on property upkeep, guest interaction, and complaint resolution.
- Strategist (promotion)
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to develop and execute strategies aimed at maintaining property quality and improving guest satisfaction.
- Analyze guest feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring our standards always meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Knowledge Management (mandatory)
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in hospitality, property management, and customer service excellence, sharing insights with the team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Document and share best practices for property maintenance and guest engagement, creating a knowledge base for ongoing learning and development.
- Sub Management (promotion)
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational teams to ensure properties are impeccably maintained and ready for guest arrivals.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of regular property inspections, ensuring all areas meet Bukit Vista’s high standards.
- Executor (mandatory)
- Conduct detailed inspections of properties to assess and maintain quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback on their stay, implementing immediate corrective actions to resolve any concerns and drive towards achieving five-star reviews.
Qualifications:
- A growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with guests, team members, and partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of AI-powered tools for market research and guest feedback analysis.
- Experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
