Team Leader 

Job Description:

• Lead and train a team of installers.
• Coordinate with the supervisor for installation or maintenance tasks.
• Perform installation of telecommunication equipment on-site.
• Conduct hardware inspections and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Report work results and technical issues periodically to superiors.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Vocational High School (STM/SMK) in a technical field.

Open to fresh graduates.

Disciplined, able to work in a team, and follow technical instructions.

Willing to work on-site (fieldwork).
