About the Role:
As an AI Prompt Engineer & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline the extraction and input of data from digital documents into our internal systems. In this role, you will:
- Design, test, and manage prompts across various AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DALL·E, etc.) to generate relevant text, visuals, or insights.
- Process data from softcopy documents (PDF, Word, Excel) or screenshots (e.g., WhatsApp chats, emails) using AI, and automate its input into our systems.
- Collaborate with content, operations, and development teams to build AI-powered workflows that are efficient and user-friendly.
- Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering, multi-modal input techniques, and prompt chaining.
- Support R&D initiatives to develop AI features for our internal systems (e.g., auto-extraction, summarization, text-to-structured data).
- Act as a bridge between non-technical users and AI tools—translating business needs into effective AI prompts and actionable outputs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, automation, or related roles.
- The maximum age is 32 years old.
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, and others.
- Skilled in crafting effective prompts for generating text, images, and/or audio, with the ability to evaluate outputs critically.
- Experience converting unstructured content (e.g., screenshots, chats, emails) into structured data using AI.
- Strong interest in AI trends and a passion for experimenting with new tools.
- Fast learner, multitasker, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining AI results to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
- Familiarity with OCR technologies (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision, Microsoft Azure AI).
- Experience working with APIs to integrate AI outputs into internal systems (e.g., databases, forms, dashboards).
