Job Descriptions:

1. Verify & qualify leads by calls (minimum 35–40/day) Arrange lead appointments / eMeetings (at least 2 per week).
2. Prepare weekly lead progression reports with Marketing Lead, Sales Manager & Sales Head.
3. Generate new leads from multiple channels (not just the existing database).
4. Communicate with customers via cold calling & email marketing.
5. Explain our products and services clearly to potential leads.
6. Write scripts containing all product information.
7. Prepare and maintain lead reports in collaboration with the Sales & Lead Gen teams.
8. Support marketing staff in their initiatives, campaigns, and company events.
9. Maintain orderliness, cleanliness, and ensure company assets are in good condition.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience as Telemarketing / Telesales or a similar position.
2. Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
5. Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
6. Analytical, calm, and patient personality.
7. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
