Job Descriptions:
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide 24/7 Database Admin Support.
- Support and track problem / incident tickets until successfully resolved.
- Perform basic implementation.
- Conduct initial analysis effectively and efficiently for Senior Solution Engineer and Customer.
- Escalate to Senior Solution Engineer or Principal if the issue cannot be resolved.
- Achieve targeted skills and certifications.
- Act as the first responder when issues occur at the customer side.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Information Technology / Computer / Software / Electronics.
- 0–2 years of experience in the IT field.
Must Have Skills:
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
- Product understanding skills related to Data & IT Management division.
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, consistently delivering results within the agreed time frame.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and compliant with procedures, processes, and policies.
- Fast and adaptive to changes, able to multitask, prioritize, and work under high pressure.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
