Job Descriptions:

  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Provide 24/7 Database Admin Support.
  • Support and track problem / incident tickets until successfully resolved.
  • Perform basic implementation.
  • Conduct initial analysis effectively and efficiently for Senior Solution Engineer and Customer.
  • Escalate to Senior Solution Engineer or Principal if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Achieve targeted skills and certifications.
  • Act as the first responder when issues occur at the customer side.
     

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Information Technology / Computer / Software / Electronics.
  • 0–2 years of experience in the IT field.
     

Must Have Skills:

  • Problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Product understanding skills related to Data & IT Management division.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, consistently delivering results within the agreed time frame.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and compliant with procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Fast and adaptive to changes, able to multitask, prioritize, and work under high pressure.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
