- Receive complaints from existing clients regarding payment transactions.
- Help resolve directly complaints sent by the user.
- Make an update report to the customer regarding their complaints.
Qualification
- Latest Education D3 / S1 Computer science.
- Knowledge in MySQL
- Fresh graduate welcomes to apply.
- Good communication
- Able to work together as a team.
