Deskripsi
- Monitoring Alarm of Data Network 24/7 in shift basic.
- Creating a ticket on ticketing system an follow up to others team and partners within SLA.
- First troubleshooting for alarm of data networks elements and coordination with related partner to solve problem within SLA.
- Escalataion problems to Managements, Back Offices, Maintenance Partners and 3rd party partner via WhatsApp Group, by phone, and ticketing sytem.
- Handling SKT released base on rules.
- Good coordination's and updatetd incident/problems to customer regularly.
- Summary data from TT system, customer complaint email / others media and recorded to be compile on report.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical or equivalent)
- Having knowledge about NOC Data Network / Enterprise
- Possess a good negotiation skill to make a deal with vendors / customers
- Having at least 3 years of working experience as NOC Engineer / NOC Data Network
- Accurate person, diligent, detail-oriented
