- Participates in all phases of testing including research, design, execution and reporting in accordance with change management and IT department policies - Writes the test cases but not limited to functional, load and regression testing - Performs testing of software releases, and documents and communicates results - Participates in research issue and other troubleshooting as it concerns quality system - Updates documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness - Contributes to process improvement initiatives related to quality assurance
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years relevant experience or relevant technical education - Ability to recognize problems, develop recommendations and implement solutions - Knowledge of IT concepts and hands-on work experience with business applications - Ability to read and understand complex technical publications and documentation - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills - Demonstrate customer-service orientation and attitude - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment - Demonstrate basic computer skills including MS Office tools - Proficient in English both oral and written is a must. - Willing to be located in Malang
