Job Description

1. Supervise efficient working of company and ensure compliance to company policies and regulations


2. Facilitate interview to hire appropriate employee and provide training to achieve all organizational goals


3. Perform and develop mechanism for appraisal of employees and evaluate work


4. Monitor all complaints and problems and ensure timely resolution for all


5. Leading the team through management and mentorship


6. Preparing and optimizing budgets


7. Recommending technological developments and improvements on efficiency


8. Developing the team to ensure quality end products


9. Assist human resource department in recruitment of staff and ensure appropriate functioning of production process


10. Analyze and document product specification for various marketing trends

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years relevant experience and at least five to seven years of technical leadership experience is preferred


2. Passionate as a problem solver and sofware engineer


3. Must have good knowledge in nodejs, javascript, typescript, flutter, html, css, angular and react


4. Love to learn a new thing


5. Passsionate about leading team and growing people


6. Understand best practices infrastructure, Product Development and IT operation


7. Experienced in leading, managing and growing an engineering team


8. Great vision of IT roadmap and infrastructure to support business roadmaps


9. Have a good communication skill


10. Creative and responsive in online/offline communication


11. Fluent in English both oral and written is a must


12. Willing to be located in Malang
