Job responsibilities:

·       Support and administer Server (On Premise and
SaaS), Network and security device environments in line with IT security policy

·       Maximize network performance by monitoring
performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades

·       Design, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade
Monitoring tools

·       Upgrade data network equipment to the latest
stable firmware releases

·       Configure routing and switching equipment, IP
voice services, UC and firewalls across all corporate environment

·       Establish the networking environment by
designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining,
documenting and enforcing system standards

·       Collaborate with other team member or division
to provide special functionality support such as (POC, Customer Visit Demo,
etc.)

·       Design, implement and documented new solutions
to improve resilience of the current environment

·       Creating Monthly Network and Infrastructure
related report.
