Responsibilities :
Support IT help desk support to staff and representatives.
Attend analysts live call referrals and support them technically.
Diagnose complex technical issues and speed problem resolution.
Analyze problems and contribute to technical solutions.
Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): pc hardware and software, printer.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Good communication in English
Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan / around Kalimantan Timur
