Responsibilities:
Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
Creates solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.

Technical Requirements :
3 years of experience in developing applications in at least 2 of the following TIBCO technologies and frameworks: ActiveSpaces (AS), BusinessWorks (BW), BusinessEvents (BE), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Master Data Management (MDM), StreamBase, or Spotfire.
1 year of experience in BusinessWorks writing Web Services, and RESTful services. Good understanding of Object Oriented Design and standard design patterns
Familiar with Version Management tool such as SVN, VSS, and TFS etc.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work in an independent manner
Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form.

General Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with min. 1 years of system development experience
Experience with providing Technical Leadership on Full Life-Cycle Development
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
