Have a great contact center application understanding and concept, preferably GENESYS application, or any other application such as Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk
Expert in system engineering for Windows and Linux
Experience in teamworking, Verbal Communication
General Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in any background of education
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
Install and configuration genesys application, including workflow or routing creation and IVR
Integrates genesys with 3rd party application such as: CTI, SFDC, CRM system, Middleware, etc
