Job Description:
• Monitoring salary and benefit structure
• Analyze and evaluate the remuneration system in the company
• Perform payroll processes based on existing data
• Handling everything about BPJS-TK, BPJS Kesehatan, Health insurance
• Handling all administration thing related with employment including mutation, demotion, promotion, etc.
• Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data
Requirement:
• Degree in Human Resource/Management/Business Administration/Psychology or any related major
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as Compensation Benefit in fintech/ecommerce or corporate banking strongly preferred
• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
• Can use MS-Office well, especially Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
