As an MT, you will be prepared for management positions in Agate. Through plenty of on-the-job training &amp; projects, you will be challenged to expand your knowledge, skills, and network as well. Given the nature of the role, we expect you to be a generalist: balancing things between technical-aspects and people-aspects. Based on your qualification and our initial assessment, you will be assigned into one of these departments: Corporate, Studio, Product, Marketing, Talent, or Tech.
Lead multiple strategic projects in one of the departments in Agate.
Follow, learn, and observe the leaders: what they do, how they perform their daily tasks, why they do what they do.
Convert short brief or data insight into action plan and risk mitigation strategy.
Create reports and documentations based on meeting, insight, calculation, direction, and any other decision-making events.
Collaborate with fellow team members, directors, VPs, managers, and stakeholders.
Maximum 1 year of related work experience in one of the area listed above. Fresh graduates from reputable and well-known universities are also welcomed to apply.
Good understanding of business aspect (e.g Finance, Sales, Marketing) or technical aspect (e.g Technology, Product, Design) would be a plus.
Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent logic, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skill.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill.
Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
Passion for gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java.

Step-by-step recruitment process:
