Responsibilities

Create, manage, and execute PR strategies to ensure company’s favorable public image and branding are maintained.
Plan and evaluate the development of press releases’ materials and kits, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Prepare and oversee the overall press conferences and other press-related activities event.
Collaborate with the VPs, managements, and other stakeholders as well to align company voice, tone, and point of view.
Foster active and positive relationships with journalists, editors, media stakeholders, and other PR/marketing agencies in Indonesia and internationally.
Act as company’s main representative in interviews, press conferences, presentations, and any other public engagements.
Provide feedback and advice for internal departments’ initiatives (e.g. Marketing and PR campaigns).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience as PR, Marketing Communication, or any other relevant roles in gaming or tech industry.
Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about Indonesian, South East Asia, and global game industry.
Extensive network of journalists, editors, media stakeholders, and PR/marketing agencies.
Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia skill, both verbal and written.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill.
Good crisis and risk management skill.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skill.
Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
Willing to travel, both local and overseas.
Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java.

Step-by-step recruitment process:

1. When selecting a vacancy, make sure all the data/files uploaded are correct.
2. Participants who pass the file/administration selection will be given an invitation for a further selection process via contact/email that has been registered on the job platform (simonas).
3. The follow-up selection process will be held at the Digiers Day event on 21 December 2022 in Jakarta.
4. Candidates prepare tools/equipment independently.
5. The selection process and stages are under the authority of the company.
