Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycle, from the start of the project until delivery
Coordinate the project plan, timeline, and activities with the development team of different disciplines: art, game design, technical, QA, and others
Manage issues and risks associated with the project, including balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Monitor and track the progress of the project to ensure smooth execution.
Provide regular updates on project progress to client or department.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the gaming or tech industry
Strong knowledge of GDLC or SDLC
Familiar with Agile methodology such as Scrum and Kanban
Familiar with project management tools such as Git, Miro, and/or Figma
Excellent in English, both written and verbal
Good communication and leadership skill
Excellent problem-solving skill
Able to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about games and game industry
Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java

Step-by-step recruitment process:

3. The follow-up selection process will be held at the Digiers Day event on 21 December 2022 in Jakarta.
