Requirements:
1. A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
2. Minimum 2 - 3 year of experience as an APM or PM
3. Strong knowledge product development lifecycle
4. Ability to work effectively on a 1 on 1 basis with engineering, research, and tester team
5. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across division / team
6. A data driven and analytical mindset who loves to dig the data to understand more of the product and customers
7. Having knowledge of API product would be an advantage
8. Always put your customer first with empathy and interest to make the best customer experience while put the business objectives at the same time

Job Description:
1. Lead stream / sub-team level strategy and OKR
2. Identify any opportunities to enhance customer experience through cross-product and/or cross-division discussion and findings
3. Build your own roadmap to achieve Business Objectives and solve Customer Pain Points with the guidance of the Team Leader
4. You write your own user stories for any development that are well defined
5. All deliveries and/or deployments of any features will be based on the guidance of the Team Leader
6. Oversee the product development processes that are used by the team
7. Address quality issues when prompted, and follow best practices to maintain quality with support
8. Understand basic analytics knowledge and tools to understand more about your own product and customers
