Requirements
• Female, single, age max. 28 years
• Min : High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Some past experience in marketing preferred.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions

Job Description
• Build relationships with key employees among customers
• Create plans to driven clients’ business needs
• Advise clients on implement system & processes
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Help operational team with timeline and target
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Provide administration support and assistancy for team leader
• Collaborate with internal teams to fullfil customers’ needs
