• Min 2-3 years proven working experience as Data Scientist, AI/ML Engineer or in similar role
• Experience building and optimizing machine learning models
• Strong in one or more programming languages such as Python or R for developing data pipeline system
• Proficient in using SQL and NoSQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or ElasticSearch
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and knowledge of their strengths/weaknesses
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts
• Familiar with web crawling frameworks such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrappy, etc.
• Capable of doing self-study research about the newest technology and state-of-the-art algorithm, as well as developing the prototype
• Excellent team player and advanced communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, deeply adaptable, and strong passion for solving hard problems
• Proficiency in both spoken and written, English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Capable to work under pressure and meet the tight deadlines
