Qualification:
S1 Graduate in Informatics Engineering or Computer Technology
Relevant experience 2 years and above in IT Support or IT Helpdesk
Skills: End user computing, basics of Networking
Reporting Line: IT Infra Manager
Language’s skills: English (good to have)
Experienced IT Engineer to provide IT support to end-user as well as to support IT Infra maintenance/troubleshooting such as servers and network.
Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
Good analytical skills, gathering information to diagnose problems and provide resolution.
Good technical skills and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office suite, Windows 10, Mobile Device troubleshooting.
Familiar with ITIL process – Incident, Problem & Change management (IPCM) (good to have).
Experience with vendor collaboration to fix IT infra related issues (good to have).
Good to have basic Knowledge on Network area: Network monitoring (LAN and WAN devices monitoring, solving on network problems (good to have)
