Product design is the process of ideating, developing, and refining products to meet specific market needs and solve user problems. Which is why our goal as the product design team is to help create products that delight customers by defining product and business goals, whilst also anticipating market opportunities and user needs. We aim to give customers a reason to purchase our product. Here we don't only talk about designing products, but also about research by which will help us to understand deeper about our users' needs and expectations.

What you should have:

• Willing to stay in Medan
• Preferable min. 1 year of experience in product design
• Able to sketch and create ideas into wireframes with detailed features
• Able to create user-friendly designs and come up with creative solutions to improve product features
• Good understanding on how to identify problem areas, map out user's journey, and break each problem areas into smaller chunks based on data
• Has knowledge in design fundamentals such as design thinking framework and other frameworks needed in product development
• Skilled in tools such as Figma, usability testing tools, etc that is frequently used in the design team

What you'll contribute on:

• Collaborate effectively across team for product development brainstorming and execution
• Work on all parts of the product design cycle, including feature ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and create detailed product specs
• Deliver innovative and creative solutions to address complex problems
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and test results, ensuring a user-centric approach
• Maintain open communication and contribute to a positive team dynamic
