Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team and potential customers through interviews, document reviews and data analysis to grasp business goals, challenges, and IT infrastructure.
- Identify the products and services that align with budget, timeline, and technical requirements.
- Develop a solution architecture utilizing identified cloud services, considering scalability, performance, security, and cost-optimized.
- Develop a compelling business case by quantifying the benefits of Cloud, such as cost savings, increased productivity, and improved agility.
- Eloquently present proposed solutions to customers, addressing technical inquiries with clarity and conciseness.
- Engage in contract preparation and negotiations, ensuring the terms and conditions meet the needs of both parties.
- Remaining current on the latest cloud services and solutions.
- Creating and managing customer proposals and quotes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Have 2+ vears of experience in technical pre-sales and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of Cloud products, services, and pricing (AWS,GCP, Azure).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant terms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer focus.
- Have certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate is a plus
- Experience with a specific programming language or development tool or devsecops is a plus.
