Deskripsi
- Responsible for handling basic monitoring and troubleshooting of various security cases.
- Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for changing basic configuration & creating security report to ensure compliance & protection of security devices.
- Ensure compliance to SLA.
- Respond incident, change request tickets, and ensure regular update to tickets is being performed.
- Escalate to L2 Security Engineer that has been categorized as actionable to be escalated.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts environment
