Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficient in Python for AI/ML development and data processing.
• Familiar with modern AI tools, frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI model development, deployment, and system integration.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and model explainability.
• Available for freelance and Work From Anywhere (WFA) arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate the latest AI/LLM technologies for business applications.
• Develop AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs), prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful AI implementation.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI model performance and documentation.
• Stay updated on AI trends and recommend innovative solutions for the business.
