ADM – Account Delivery Manager (客户交付经理)

Location: Indonesia

Own end-to-end delivery of client (hyperscaler) requirements for the campus, acting as the key interface between the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

●     Manage client account relationship and act as primary delivery point of contact

●     Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and PM teams to meet client SLAs/milestones

●     Track deliverables, resolve client escalations, and report on account status

Requirements

●     5+ years in account/delivery management, ideally with hyperscaler or data center clients

●     Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

●     Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus

Public Policy & Government Affairs Manager (公共政策与政府事务经理)

Location: Indonesia

Headcount: 1

Manage relationships with government bodies and regulators to support the campus's licensing, compliance, and public affairs needs.

Key Responsibilities

●     Liaise with local/national government agencies on permits and approvals

●     Monitor regulatory changes affecting data center operations

●     Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and communities

Requirements

●     5+ years in government relations or public policy, ideally in industrial/infrastructure sectors

●     Strong network with Indonesian government bodies

●     Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
