Job Description:
- Analyze customer needs
- Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitoring network, collaboration and security device
- Responsive services
- Ensure continued smooth operation of the network infrastructure, minimize network downtime users 
- Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues
- Report day to day to Supervisor
- Support after working hours

Requirements:
- At least Diploma in information technology or equivalent
- Having experience 2+ years as a L2/L3 routing and switching data center and #campusnetwork such as planning, design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting or distreshooting and performance tunning
- Having experience Huawei NCE Campus Fabric dan NCE Campus Insight
- Advance network architecture and administration 
- Deep understanding of protocols network (TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Hubs, Switchest, Routers, Firewalls, Wiring); TCP/IP, Internet and networking (LAN, WAN)
- Preferably having professional certification such as HCNA/HCIA
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Good communication & interpersonal skills such as presentation, dedicated on client, collaborative, focuses on result and work under pressure
- Willing to working roaster system onsite-offsite; 70days onsite and 14days offsite calendar, 6 days a week 07.00-17.00
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Willing to travel
