General Requirement:

Candidat must possess at least bachelor's degree in computer

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position

required skill(s): Familiar with Object Oriented
Programming, familiar with database, Good attitude and accepted new challange

Preferably staff (non-management &
non-supervisor)specialized in IT/Computer - software or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultineous
system development projects from design through to release

Working closely with IT manager and business analysts to
produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis
through to design and delivery

providing regular and effective progress updates to and work
closely with the IT manager to ensure the management of any delivery risks or
issues

contributing to the definition od systems strategies and
progression of any allocated objectives

Taking ownership, development and management of allocated
departemental processes

Undertaking analysis projects in the form of consultancy

Working on a wide range of projects involving the
implementation of new and existing system, solution and processes

Taking Responsibiity for making key decisions to ensure the
successful implementation of all initiatives

Skill and Experience you will have:

Minimum of 2 years experience of people management in a team
leader position and have the ability to lead and influence others

experience in formal personal development planning and
individual, team and process performance management

Provent experience in leading and managing the delivery of
system/software development project in a structured environment

Experience in a variety of software development approaches
and methodologies including agile and waterfall

Experience in both architecture and implementation level
software design

Experience in requirement capture, analysis techniques and
process improvement approaches

Experience in the development of software using microsoft C#
.NET MVC, SQL Server technologies, Web API's, Web Development (Javascript, CSS
& HTML), including Front End tools such as AngularJs, Bootstrap, etc
