Experience in Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Organization Structure Analysis, Performance Management and Manpower planning
Understands workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with relevant functions to feed into recruitment timelines.
Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Plans and organizes selection procedures.
Researches and communicates any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
Anticipates the future of organization and working with senior executives to advise on recruitment strategy that will help to sustain the organization’s success.
Leads employer branding initiatives to apply strategies in attracting diverse and highly skilled talents to all areas of the business.
