Responsibilities:
-Arrange and organize individual & group classes;
-Prepare lesson plans and learning material;
-Create and conduct English placement tests;
-Provide effective feedback about employee English progress;
-Build trust & ensure a supportive and safe environment for the employees

Requirements:
-Excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
-2 years of experience in teaching Business English to Adults;
-Bachelor degree in English Literature/Linguistics or English Education;
-Knowledge of various teaching methods;
-Teamwork mindset, patience, and resilience;
-Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
-Computer literate or tech-savvy;
-Has C2 English Level certification or equivalent
-Having a good network with native teachers will be a plus;
-Must be an Indonesian citizen.
