Responsibilities:
Ensure the activation process and user service delivery run as needed
Analyze incidents that occur and provide root cause analysis
Maintain high uptime of the overall network system in accordance with the specified operation level agreement
Carry out the process of deployment or implementation and integration of network systems in collaboration with related teams and partners
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance schedule of the network system on a regular basis
Perform technical support in the management of network systems and overall network security
Coordinate with vendors or partners to get the necessary technical support
Support and coordinate with the team in maintaining customer SLAs 24/7 and maintaining network availability
Verify system administration related to backup & restore system, problem & change management for all required components
Requirements:
Understanding LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, Network Monitoring System (NMS), Fiber Optic & WiFi
Experienced in network operation such as VLAN, STP, QinQ, XVLAN, L2VPN & L3VPN
Experienced in using routing protocol such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP, LDP, RSVP, Routing Policy
Have the ability to troubleshoot/analyze Networking problems and the ability to configure Network Elements and optimize network systems
Understanding DWDM technology, Switch, Router, OLT, ONT, STB and Access Point network devices, and Ms Office.
Work hard, be disciplined, honest and responsible.
Willing to work with shifting patterns.
