Responsibilities
1) Oversee the organization online marketing and social media strategy.
2) Plan, design, execute, and manage digital (including email) marketing campaigns.
3) Copy-write email marketing and social media posting management.
4) Design, manage, maintain, and supply content for the organization social media and website(s).
5) Create digital adverts and oversee PPC ad management.
6) Optimize content for online channels, including conversion improvement.
7) Engage with the public through social media and ensure visitors flow to digital sites.
8) Edit and post videos and digital content to online site(s).
9) Arrange webinars and webcasts.
10) Fix errors and bugs in online content.
11) Continuously work on SEO and SEM.
12) Analyse and report on visitor data using analytic tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, NetInsight, etc)
13) Work on printed materials to supplement online products.
14) Attend product launches and company events to support subsequent online coverage.
15) Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies to ensure the digital strategy is always up-to-date, including mobile marketing.
16) Maintain partnerships with online media agencies and vendors.
Requirements
1) Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing.
2) Proven experience or qualifications in graphic design is a plus point.
3) Experience with B2C and B2B social media
4) Frequently work for online retailers / online financial institutions / online public organizations / digital marketing agencies.
5) Devise and edit content for various digital platforms.
6) Time-sensitive in projects and working toward deadlines.
7) Communication and interpersonal skills.
8) Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
9) Apps and tools : SEO, SEM, Advanced Word and Powerpoint skills, Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
