RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining Customer Hub System Network including PP Server, NMS, Line Card, etc
Doing VSAT Hub System Project implementation installation, integration & migration
Doing Monthly & Quarterly Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance Activity
Creating Monthly & Quarterly Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Report
Follow up case with TAC
Aware of Customer Request, Query & Complaints
Doing Physical & Functional Checking upon material arrival
Build up strong & good relationship with customer
 

REQUIREMENT PROVISION:
Willing to work 24/7 & in holiday
Willing to travel & work on Customer site
Having strong knowledge in VSAT Hub system, especially for iDirect Product
Possess ability & experience in analyzing & troubleshooting
Having experience in doing maintenance of Network
Able to work independently & on team

Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, NTB, Papua
