Responsibilities

- Lead the project team in planning, initiating, executing, and closing to make sure the target is achieved in terms of Scope of Work, Timeline, and budget.

- Planning, documenting, and reporting project plan.

- Effectively communicate using formal disciplined communication as well as informal communication to stakeholders to help the project meets its goals.

- Coordinate and communicate project tasks within the cross-functional IT organization.

- Analyze project data and information to identify risks, issues, and present information to senior management for decision making.

- Compile periodic project reports to be given to all stakeholders and senior management.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to solve project problems and analyze solutions provided by related teams to get decisions from related teams and senior management.

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams

- Good Presentation Skill, English proficiency, especially in writing

- Having strong knowledge in at least one of the Scrum methodologies, Agile, SDLC

- Able to use Project Management tools Like Jira, Trello, Etc

- Fresh graduates are welcome
